Q: Do you guarantee your products or services?
A : If you are less than 100% satisfied with any retail order from Crystallized Concepts, let us know within 5 days of receipt of goods and return your merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of purchase for exchange or refund. We're sorry, but return shipping charges cannot be refunded. You MUST obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us prior to any returns. You may do this via email.
Q: How do I know my credit card and personal information is safe to transmit to your site?
A: When the check out form or a transaction form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number, checking account information), that information is electronically encrypted and is protected. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method to protect your data and from third parties as it is transferred over the Internet. Look for the lock icon on the right hand side of the shopping cart checkout pages. Look too for the http: changing to https:(in your browsers "address" bar) which indicates the information is being transmitted via a secure server. Your information is safe with us!
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Sales tax is charged to any order delivered within California at the county and city rates per California sales tax laws. Any order to be shipped outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Most orders are shipped within two business days. However, if the item is not in stock it could take 14 days. Jewelry pieces that are hand crafted by the artist could take up to 30 days. Your piece will be made to fit your sizing requirements. When our staff member contacts you via e-mail, he/she will advise of an anticipated shipping date.
Q: What can I expect my shipping charges to be?
A : Shipping charges will be calculated during your ordering process. You will see your total shipping charges prior to entering your credit card information. We currently charge a flat rate of fees for packages up to 2 lbs via USPS

Q: Why do you not have several sets of the same jewelry pieces or bookmarks?
A:All of our hand crafted jewelry pieces and "Page Pal" bookmarks are made one at a time by our artist. They are quality constructed with attention to detail. We are confident you will appreciate the artistry and uniqueness of our offerings.
Q: Are the Swarovski crystal color names, such as Topaz mean that it is made of the semi-precious gemstone Topaz?
A:No. All of the crystal color names are referring to the color, not the mineral composition. Swarovski crystals are considered to be the finest quality, full-lead crystal made today. It contains a minimum of 32% PbO (lead oxide), making the crystal optically very pure. The crystal is then faceted with tremendous precision, creating beautiful prisms. Brilliant colors and/or coatings are added to the crystals to create pendants, stones and beads of dazzling beauty. Swarovski crystal is unmatched in quality and distinction. When genuine semi-precious gemstones are used in creating the pieces it is stated in the product description.
Q: Do you do take custom order requests?
A: Crystallized Concepts gladly will do custom order requests. Just drop us an email and we will take your request to evaluate a time frame for delivery of the finished piece(s) Please bear in mind turn around time may be between 30-45 days due to our need to possibly order components. We are confident you will feel it is worth the wait.
