Our Return Policy:
We will accept any product with a defect in workmanship and returned in its original package for 90 days from the date of original shipment. Before returning any product, you will need to call 1-925-344-4311, email with a description of the problem with the jewelry for a RMA number by clicking here.
Returns for reasons other than workmanship are subject to a 10% restocking fee
We do not accept returns of bridal jewelry, we will repair or exchange as needed
Shipping fees are not refundable
Buyer pays all return shipping fee
Insurance is recommended for new purchases
The use of mail tracking is suggested for your protection in the event a return should become necessary. Delivery confirmation can be added through USPS for a nominal fee in most cases
